D&D Context Edit
- Because D&D uses the Vancian Magic system, clerics, wizards, and many spellcasters in the game must prepare their spells ahead of time and can run out of spells if they haven't set aside to prepare new ones.
- In panel 3, Roy tells Vaarsuvius to sleep all night, while Vaarsuvius is an elf and only needs to trance.
