Thrym, Lord of Frost Giants is a demigod of the Northern Pantheon.
At the Godsmoot, Thrym appeared through his High Priest to vote on the destruction of the world after the High Priest of Balder managed to attract their attention due to the disappearance of the ushers. Though he did not reveal his motives at the time, he voted yes.[1]
Thrym sent his frost giant worshippers to attack the Mechane as it ran through Passage Pass, including most of his high-level clerics. The giants were not successful; the clerics were killed along with several giant warriors. The remaining giants fled.[2]
Thrym's motive in allying voting yes and sending his giants to attack was to become Hel's consort after she took Odin's power.[3]
