Transcript Edit

Panel 1

Tarquin watches as Bloodfeast carries the Order of the Stick away into the distance.

Panel 2

Miron: So...
Miron: We done here?
Tarquin: No.

Panel 3

Tarquin: Greenhilt is still alive, which means he will continue to overshadow my son.
Tarquin: If I need to take matters into my own hands, then so be it.

Panel 4

Tarquin: And you're coming with me.
Miron: Nuh-uh. I already said—
Tarquin: I'm calling in my favor.

Panel 5

Laurin: *gasp!* You've been sitting on that favor for twelve years!
Miron: No way.
Tarquin: This is important. This is about my legacy.

Panel 6

Miron: Well, whatever, man. I'm just happy to clear it off the books. Let's go kill some dudes.
Tarquin: Laurin?
Laurin: I'll open a wormhole, but I don't owe you any favors, Tarquin.

Panel 7

Laurin: Although... you could owe me one, if it means that much to you.
Laurin: I even have one in mind, so it can be cleared before the end of the day.

Panel 8

Tarquin: ...Agreed.

Panel 9

Tarquin walks over to his Triceratops mount, as an Empire of Blood soldier outs his helmet out to him.
Tarquin: Now if we're quite done haggling, I believe we have a chase to which we should cut.
Laurin: By all means.
Miron: Lead on, mighty general!

Panel 10

Laurin and Tarquin, wearing his helmet, are now on the Triceratops, as Miron climbs up. Laurin is readying a Wormhole.
Tarquin: Tell the commanders I said to secure the area. We'll be back shortly.
Kilkil: Yes, General.

Panel 11

The Triceratops runs towards the wormhole...

Panel 12

...and disappears through it.

D&D Context Edit

  • Laurin once again uses her Wormhole power, which is taken from AD&D 2nd Edition.

Trivia Edit

  • This comic shows how the Vector Legion operates on a "favor system," where favors done for one another must be reciprocated at a time, place, and method of the favor-holder's choosing.
