The High Priest of Loki is a halfling male cleric who is the formal head of the Church of Loki.
The High Priest was present at the Northern Godsmoot to represent his god. He cast Summon Proxy during the opening statements, summoning a giant image of Loki who gave his reasons not to destroy the world. During the vote, Loki spoke through him to vote to save the world from destruction, thinking that his vote was the deciding one.
When the priests realized that they could fight the Creed of the Stone vampires without breaking the rules of the Godsmoot, the High Priest of Loki joined the battle on Roy's side, casting a Flame Strike which did not appear to kill any vampires.[1]
The High Priest attacks the vampires
He remains sequestered in the Great Nave awaiting the conclusion of the Godsmoot when Dwalin casts his vote.
Powers and Abilities[]
Based on his ability to cast Flame Strike, a 5th level spell, he is at least 9th level as a cleric with a minimum wisdom score of 15.
