Celia enters Greysky City, and naively assumes good motives on the part of the locals. She learns of Hieronymus Grubwiggler whom she assumes is a cleric.
- Panel 1
Celia arrives in Greysky with Roy's body in the cart. Nearby, someone is killed in an alley, a police officer is bribed, someone is threatened in another alley, and someone carries a dead body with a dagger in it openly through the streets. A storefront with a broken window has "CLOSED" scrawled across the front door.
Celia: I don't know what Haley was so worried about...there's hardly even anyone here!
- Panel 2
Celia: Oooo! Excuse me!
Celia: I can't help but notice that you're dragging a human carcass down the middle of the main street.
Local: What's yer point?
- Panel 3
Celia: Well, I'm a visitor to your fine city with a problem. My boyfriend died; I have his remains here in the cart.
Celia: I was just wondering if you could possibly let me know where you were taking your...uh...
Celia: Your brother.
- Panel 4
Local: Takin' 'im ta dat Grubwiggler guy.
Celia: Is that a ... cleric ... of some kind?
Local: Dunno. Maybe.
- Panel 5
Local: But 'e dumps these here flyers all ov'r town. Figured ah'd solve mah problem an' get a little scratch fer m'trouble, know whud ahm sayin'?
- Panel 6
The local hands Celia a flyer. It reads:
|“|| GUT CORPSE? (Any condition.)|
Come to Hieronymus Grubwiggler's and watch your dead body problem get up and walk out of your life!
- Panel 7
Celia: Although it does say "Top dollar." I just hope he doesn't charge more than we have...
Celia: If you're headed there now, just lead the way and I'll follow.
- Panel 8
Celia: So, how long ago did your brother pass?
Local: Let's see...
Local: Well, ah found 'im tryin ta pick tha lock on mah shed around dusk, so...a few hours, ah reckon.
- Panel 9
Celia: You—are you the one who stabbed him???
Local: Yup. That's why ah need ta get tha body ov'r ta Grubwiggler pronto. Mah wife said this won't work at all—
Celia: Oh my gods...
- Panel 10
Celia (thinking): He's so wracked with guilt over what he did in the heat of the moment that he's bringing his brother for resurrection!
Local: —but if it does, ah'm thinkin' of bringin' her tomorrow night.
- Grubwiggler's flyer is a parody of the famous "got milk?" ad campaign which began in 1993 on behalf of the California Milk Processor Board and promotes drinking milk.
